Members of the White House press pool have lodged a formal complaint with White House after British reporters were allowed to asks questions before they were all kicked out of Biden’s meeting with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.
Johnson was mid-sentence answering a question when Biden staffers, shouted at reporters to immediately exit the room.
CBS White House correspondent Ed O'Keefe tried to ask Biden a question about the situation on the border. As Biden attempted to answer, staffers shouted reporters down.
A number of reporters took to twitter to complain about the lack of access and questions Biden is willing to answer.
"White House Correspondents' Association President Steve Portnoy, who served as the radio pooler on Tuesday, said that the editorial component of the pool went to White House press secretary Jen Psaki to lodge a formal complaint on Tuesday about the lack of questions granted to American reporters."
These reporters are from the same outlets that protected Biden throughout the 2020 campaign. Now they are 'outraged' over not being allowed to ask Biden questions. Where was this over the past two years. This is the bed they made.
