Dallas City Council may expand the smoke-free ordinance to include vaping. Council members heard from experts on Monday about the dangers of breathing secondhand aerosols from e-cigarettes. The Dallas-Fort Worth Hospital Council, the Dallas County Medical Society, and the American Heart Association are calling on Dallas officials to ban vaping in the same places where smoking is prohibited. The full city council vote on the issue will take place in a month or two.
