The Biden administration has given Texas a deadline to allow federal agents back into a river-front park along border with Mexico, which is currently surrounded by fencing and razor wire. But it's unclear what will happen if the governor doesn't comply by the end of the day. Governor Greg Abbott has already put out a statement, saying the state has the right to self defense. And he has the backing of 25 other GOP governors. Some Democrats want the President to seize control of the Texas National Guard.
