A Flood Watch remains in effect for the Dallas-Fort Worth area until mid-Friday morning.
Occasional showers and storms may produce an additional 1-2 inches across the watch area.
Friday into Saturday will be showery from time to time with occasional heavy rain. It won't rain all of the time and there will be dry hours. The overall coverage of the showers will decrease by Sunday.
Sunshine and lower humidity returns for Monday and much of next week.
