As the Democrat socialists continue to rack up wins in the primaries, one political commentator says Republicans calling them communists is not going to be enough in November.
"If Republicans think that defeating leftists means we just need to call them communists or socialists, then we're in for a very dangerous future" said Brianna Lyman, reporter for The Federalist & Fox News contributor.
It's a pretty strong message, and unfortunately, a message that the Republicans apparently still haven't received.
"Not at all, if you look at every race in which a socialist is running, all Republicans keep doing is saying these are radical people, these are socialists, and that's just not scaring voters the way it did maybe 10-15 years ago" Lyman told KTRH.
The key for the GOP is countering with their own winning message, and most of all, the truth.
"I think what Republicans have to do is reconnect the negative consequences of communism, with the communist ideology" noted Lyman.
If not she says, we won't have a country.
