For the Trump administration, it becomes increasingly frustrating because there is no one trustworthy to make a deal - following through on negotiated terms- including no longer using the Strait of Hormuz as leverage- striking ships from any country using the waterway.
It's becoming clear there is no one to trust in peace talks. As more strikes have continued, disrupting the ceasefire- repeatedly- President Trump has issued a directive to CENTCOM to move forward after weeks, or some would say- months- of attempts to reach an agreement.
The new strikes come hours after President Trump declared the ceasefire with Iran "over."
