As Democrats continue to root for Iran, and for the U.S. to lose, a prominent psychotherapist says it's because President Trump has broken the Democratic Party.
"People were hyperfixated on Trump, they couldn't sleep, families were being split up because of strong opinions about Trump. So, a lot of what I saw was deeply concerning to me as a therapist" said Jonathan Alpert, a psychotherapist in New York City and Washington, DC, and author of the forthcoming book, "Therapy Nation".
It's TDS, and it's taken over the entire party.
"They don't have a positive aspirational message, and we've seen it play out and it just does not work" Alpert told KTRH.
And it's precisely why, our government does not work. All the Democrats have to offer, is trying to block Trump.
"I think the party, generally just does not see what the nation sees, and there's the term 'coastal elites', and it's there for a reason" noted Alpert.
Trump has broken the party, and it's why the Dems don't have a positive story, but instead record low approval ratings.
