No Surprise: The 'SAVE Act' Is 4 Times More Popular Than Congress

So just how much do Americans care about election integrity? And just how frustrated that nothing has been done about it in Washington? There's a new poll out that says it all!

The big take-away: The Save America Act is 4 times more popular than Congress.

"And as I noted in my piece, that's somewhere just above syphilis, and behind measles" said Matt Kittle, senior elections correspondent for The Federalist.

The polling numbers would be funny, but they're actually sad.

"It is sad, and it is extremely disturbing" Kittle told KTRH, "But it is rare in this divided country, that you see an issue that is so bipartisan."

More than 80% of Americans approve voter id, compared to just 16% for Congress. Which should be a major wake-up call.

"It should be a wake-up call to them, but then again, nothing seems to be a wake-up call to a group of people that is garnering 16% support. If they don't wake-up soon though, those numbers are going to go even lower."

Which unfortunately, really doesn't seem to matter much, as Congress continues to -not- get it passed.
