We hear about and see the tragic stories more and more frequently---Jocelyn Nungaray, Laken Riley, Sheridan Gorman---innocent Americans killed by illegal aliens. And yet until now there has been no effort to see how many Americans have died at the hands of illegals nationwide. The Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) has compiled a comprehensive list of Americans killed by illegal aliens over the last 25 years. The tally is 1,411 and counting (it increased by two in just the past week), but ALIPAC founder William Gheen says that only represents what they could document through public records. "We believe that is just a very small tip of a much greater iceberg, and the true number of Americans killed by the non-enforcement of our existing immigration laws to exceed 10,000," he says.
ALIPAC compiled the list with no help from government or the legacy media, which seems to go out of their way to ignore these victims. "Our work was done against a massive level of censorship, interference, and obfuscation by pro-illegal immigration factions within the media and government," says Gheen.
It seems a stretch that the government keeps no official public listing of deaths by illegal aliens, since it keeps track of nearly every other category of deaths, like deaths from gun violence, climate change, workplace violence, hate crimes, etc.
The Trump administration has done a better job of highlighting these victims and taking action, but Gheen notes it is still an uphill battle. "There are some deportations happening and some improvements, but at this point we are still receiving word almost every week of more Americans killed by illegals who should not be in our country in the first place," he tells KTRH.
The goal of ALIPAC's list is to raise awareness and prevent future deaths, but also to honor the forgotten victims. "We would like to see some members of Congress enter these names into the Congressional record for consideration of a future monument in D.C. with their names on it," says Gheen. "To show the perils of what happens when our laws are no longer enforced because of the wishes of elites."
