Did The Biden Border Increase The Risk Of Iranian Terror Attacks?

As the war in Iran continues, so do concerns that Iranian-backed sleeper cells might be in the United States and could be preparing to carry out a deadly attack on U.S. soil. This is a concern that has been growing even before the war in Iran—for one key reason.

Thanks to President Biden’s open-border policies, it’s nearly impossible to know exactly how many illegal aliens—especially illegal aliens from or connected to Iran—might be in the United States. Newsmax recently reported that at least 1,500 Iranian nationals were intercepted during Biden’s time in the White House, but there’s no telling how many got through without being caught.

Ryan Mauro with the Mauro Institute says we don’t know how many there are, but we know they’re here. “We’ve known for a long time that there’s a really, really large pro-Iranian regime network and infrastructure within the U.S.,” he said.

He went on to point out that we have already seen some attacks directly tied to the Iranian war in the United States, saying: “The shooting at the bar in Austin, there was also the attack in Michigan at the synagogue with the Jewish school by someone who was connected to Hezbollah.”

Mauro predicted that because Iran prefers to take their time and plan out elaborate attacks, we might not see a major terror attack connected to Operation Epic Fury for months, if not years.
