A chaotic scene overnight at LaGuardia is now creating travel headaches this morning. An Air Canada plane from Montreal slammed into a fire truck on the tarmac just before midnight, shutting the airport down and sending flights elsewhere. More than 60 people are being taken to hospitals, and some of those injuries are serious.
Officials are still trying to piece together how it happened, with emergency crews continuing to work the scene. The airport remains closed for now as investigators look into the crash.
