Anti-ICE Groups Have Found A New Way to 'Resist' Federal Immigration Laws

Even though things have mellowed in Minneapolis, the radical left anti-ICE groups have found yet another way to 'resist'. And they're even promoting it.

It's called 'jury nullification'.

"What the concept is in layman's terms is, the jury can decide that even though they think a party is guilty of a crime, they don't agree with the law. And therefore, they find the party not guilty" said Amy Curtis, political writer for Townhall.com

Leading the charge is a radical leftist group called 'Defend 612'.

"They're holding two on-line virtual training sessions about this jury nullification process, in the coming weeks to train people to undermine our federal immigration law" Curtis told KTRH.

The group calls their plan, the 'people's pardon', to resist tyranny, and unjust laws.

"This group is working with jury's, with people in Minneapolis, to say this is how you go about making sure these people don't get punished for the crimes they've committed against the taxpayers, against federal immigration law. It sets a very dangerous precedent, where they can undermine our justice system to advance their political agenda" noted Curtis.

And now it's going to be up to the federal government to respond.
