Robyn Argot-Brooks, a Cuban national accused of hitting ICE vehicles with his car, has been released by a federal judge.

Argot-Brooks entered the United States in 2024 and was paroled by the Biden administration into the interior. His parole has since been revoked by DHS.

According to ICE, agents made contact with Argot-Brooks during a records check on January 13. He refused to comply with commands to leave his vehicle before nearly striking an officer with his car.

He has since been released into the custody of his father and has yet to be charged with any crime.

His lawyer has also claimed that he has no reason to return to Cuba, despite being a Cuban national.
