Even though a conservative pro-life activist has the video of getting sucker-punched in the face by a radical abortion supported, DA Alvin Bragg dropped the charges, on a technicality.
"I have trouble believing that if the political positions had been reversed, that this mistake would have been made" said Jeff Charles, news editor at Townhall.com, "They have no problem using the government to enforce their agenda. They will use it against people who disagree with their political views, or maybe oppose them in politics.
It's basically yet another case of the left protecting the left, and letting another criminal off the hook.
"And they won't punish people who go after the people they don't like" Charles told KTRH, "That's just one example."
But some good news, the case is not over yet. Savannah Craven Antao, the 23-year old pro-life activist has filed civil charges against her attacker, Brianna J. Rivers, for over $3,000 in medical bills.
"And rightly so, I mean you don't just punch somebody in the middle of the street just for having a different view on abortion" noted Charles.
Multiple outlets reached out to DA Alvin Bragg for his comments, but he did not respond.
