Speaking at the McDonald's Impact Summit, President Trump spoke about the #1 issue for most Americans, affordability.
"We're fighting for an economy where everyone can win" Trump said, while also reminding the crowd something that the media continues forget. Trump inherited a really bad economy from the Biden - Harris administration.
"You would have had a catastrophe, you probably would have had a bankrupt country. You are so damn lucky that I won that election, I'm telling you."
President Trump also pointed out that there is still a lot work to do, "The Biden administration started the affordability crisis, and my administration is ending it."
In other news, Trump also announced that the U.N. Security Council has approved a U.S. backed resolution plan for Gaza by a vote of 13-0. Russia and China obstained.
In a post on Truth Social, Trump wrote: “Congratulations to the World on the incredible Vote of the United Nations Security Council, just moments ago, acknowledging and endorsing the BOARD OF PEACE, which will be chaired by me, and include the most powerful and respected Leaders throughout the World."
