The Trump economy is moving along well, according to some experts, and one of the unexpected strengths is an increase in jobs.
The news website HR Dive says nearly two out of three companies recently queried by Express Employment Professionals plan to hire more employees during the next year.
A recent ZipRecruiter report showed a similar result.
And as the Trump economy continues to improve, "interest rates are coming down, Trump passed his 'Big Beautiful Bill,' which is very pro-business, and I think there's confidence in decisionmakers," business strategist Jason Taylor says.
What's new is companies are hiring people without college degrees, he says, which is a surprise to many, and there are also an increasing number of entry-level jobs coming along too.
"But I think there's an awful lot of opportunity out there too, especially for those who know how to use or are investing in learning how to use artificial intelligence."
