Three teens have been arrested in the murder of 28-year-old veteran marine, Quoc "Jake" Nguyen, he was working as a ride share driver. a 15-year-old has been charged with capital murder, and the 13- and 14-year-old face charges of tampering with evidence. September 4th, Nguyen was found dead along a roadside after being shot. Investigators believe the teens shot Nguyen, stole the vehicle and fled the scene.
"At the time he was driving at night, he had a rideshare from Uber. He picked up one customer and dropped him off downtown, after that he still had some people in the car. I had just spoken to him on Tuesday. Then we got a call on Friday, and this is the case." His brother, Matthew said.
His brother also said he was working to support his mom and sister.
Uber confirmed that was the last time they heard from him.
