Texas Launches 'Operation Lone Star 2.0'

Now that president Donald Trump has completely closed the border, 'Operation Lone Star 2.0' has launched here in Texas.

"Operation Lone Star 2.0 is a shift for Texas that's just been recently launched" said reporter Mary Elise Cosgray, who wrote about it for The Texan, "And it's shifting from addressing the heavy flow of illegal immigrants across the border, to tracking down criminals attempting entry into Texas."

That's because since the border is closed, only the criminals are now the ones trying to get in. Plus, there are hundreds of thousands of criminals already here, thanks to Joe Biden.

"One thing we no longer see is troopers simply standing along the riverbank, this is not where they're needed at this time" Cosgray told KTRH, "They have troopers that are patrolling the roads, they're looking for human smugglers."

And after last week's shooting at the ICE facility in Dallas, it might be time to help deal with the violent radical leftists here in Texas.

"Exactly, and the Texas DPS maintains the same goal of securing the state" noted Cosgray.

AG Pam Pondi also announced that DOJ agents will be deployed to ICE facilities.
