We continue to learn more about yesterday's attack on an ICE facility in Dallas. The FBI has now identified 29-year-old Joshua Jahn as the shooter.

FBI Director Kash Patel announced via X today that they have determined the shooter was seeking "real terror" for ICE agents.

He says during the process of processing writings by Jahn, they found a handwritten note that said, "Hopefully this will give ICE agents real terror, to think, 'Is there a sniper with AP rounds on that roof?'"

Patel also says that Jahn researched ballistics, the recent Charlie Kirk assassination, and also looked for apps that allowed him to track "the presence of ICE agents."

He also downloaded a map of all of the Dallas County Department of Homeland Security facilities.
