Several people have been critically wounded, another killed, and one shooter is dead, following a reported shooting at an ICE office in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Police responded to the ICE office just before 7:00am this morning, and where reportedly searching for a sniper, or multiple shooters.

DHS Secretary Kristi Noem announced via her official X page that the shooter is deceased, and died from a self inflicted gunshot wound. She also announced that there where multiple injuries.

FBI Director Kash Patel has since hinted that an "ideological motive" could be behind the attack, saying they've discovered unspent shell casings left behind be the shooter, one of which had "ANTI ICE" written on it.

Patel also confirmed that "several" people where injured, but none of them where law enforcement, and confirmed that one victim had been killed.

He went on to call out other instances of violence against ICE, saying, "We are only miles from Prarieland Texas where just two months ago an individual ambushed a separate ICE facility targeting their officers. It has to end and the FBI and our partners will lead the these investigative efforts to see to it that those who target our law enforcement are pursued and brought to the fullest extent of justice."
