JD Vance Says FBI Bolton Home Raid ‘Not At All’ About Political Retribution

If there's one thing that Democrats and the left -are- successful at, it's the politicization and weaponization of government agencies. History will not look kindly on what America endured under the corrupt Biden administration.

And that is why Vice President JD Vance is making it clear that Friday's FBI search of former U.S. National Security Advisor John Bolton’s home was -not- political retribution.

In a sit-down for NBC's left leaning 'Meet The Press', Vance said the FBI’s move was part of an "ongoing investigation" into Bolton and not based on any political strife between him and the Trump administration.

Democrat Kristen Welker tried to push the party line, asking if the search was motivated by Bolton's criticism of President Trump, and Vance replied, "No, not at all."

Vance told Welker that the classified documents were part of the reason for the raid. but said there was a broader concern about Bolton, who served as national security advisor during Trump's first term. He has since become a frequent critic of the president.

Fox News Digital also reported that there were agents at Bolton's Washington, D.C., office removing boxes, and Bolton was seen in the building's lobby.
