A 22-Year Old Entrepreneur Says Work-Life Balance Makes You 'Mediocre'

Living the American dream is not only possible with President Trump back in office again, it's a reality for a 22-year old entrepreneur who has built a pair of companies that are now worth more than $20 million combined.

"I published an op-ed in the Wall Street Journal which said that work-life balance keeps you mediocre" said Emil Barr, the 22-year old Tycoon from Ohio, "And what I mean by that is that I firmly believe that extraordinary accomplishments require extraordinary sacrifices."

Which is exactly what Barr began to do, while he was still in high school.

"I slept 3 and a half hours a night, I gained almost 80 lbs., and I would be drinking 7-8 coffees a day, and then 3-4 energy drinks" Barr told KTRH.

And not only did it pay off, Barr has also proved that not all young people are opposed to hard work. And that is why he's trying to get the word out.

"I actually think that young people are so talented, and we have so many of what I like to call super powers" noted Barr, "But our obsession with work-life balance is actually holding an entire generation back."

Barr also shared with KTRH that he was inspired by the strong work ethics of Elon Musk, and the late great Kobe Bryant. He adds that working hard should be celebrated, and that young people shouldn't argue for a four day work week, and then complain about the cost of living.
