The Texas House goes back to work Wednesday morning after online threat forced evacuations at the Capitol Tuesday night.

The threat, which turned out to be nothing, was allegedly made against Democrat State Rep Nicole Collier, who has been inside the House chamber since Monday for refusing a DPS chaperone. The escorts were required after Democrats killed the first special session by running to different blue states across the country. Collier has also filed suit over this.

Meantime, the House should take up redistricting after a committee approved the new map earlier this week. Governor Greg Abbott told Sean Hannity on Fox that he expected the new map to pass a full House vote by the end of the week.
