A deadly shooting inside a Manhattan office building left four people dead, including an NYPD officer.
Authorities say Shane Tamura, who legally owned weapons in Nevada, entered the skyscraper armed with an M4 rifle and began firing in the lobby, killing a police officer and a security guard. He then rode an elevator to the 33rd floor, where he shot another victim before turning the gun on himself.
