The evidence is piling up that, yes, the Biden Administration politically targeted parents for prosecution because they disagreed with liberal agendas in their kids’ schools.
And that’s even after officials were warned that would violate the Constitution.
The conservative watchdog group America First Legal has uncovered memos from with the Biden Administration Department of Justice run by then-Attorney General Merrick Garland.
They show the Administration was looking to go after families who objected with policies involving COVID, transgender issues, and Critical Race Theory.
While these were local matters, the Biden DOJ looked for a “federal hook” to prosecute parents.
The memos reveal that professional prosecutors within the Justice Department had sent out warnings that such persecutions could violate the First Amendment guarantee of free speech.
