Increasing attacks by violent rioters upon ICE agents catching illegal aliens are bringing a call for swift justice from President Trump.
On Friday, ICE agents were assaulted by a mob as they detained illegals, including unaccompanied children, at a California marijuana farm.
The attackers threw rocks, smashing the windows of ICE vehicles and one appeared to fire a gun at the agents.
As he left flood ravaged Central Texas, the president posted on social media "I am on my way back from Texas, and watched in disbelief as THUGS were violently throwing rocks and bricks at ICE Officers while they were moving down a roadway in their car and/or official vehicle,"
“What happened in California is just another example of protesters becoming criminals,” said Trump border czar Tom Homan on Fox. “They can’t impede us from doing our job. That’s a felony. They certainly can’t put hands on an agent. That’s a felony.”
The president said it’s time for border protection forces to take the gloves off, posting “I am giving Total Authorization for ICE to protect itself, just like they protect the Public.”
He declared “I never want to see a car carrying a Law Enforcement Officer attacked again!”
The president said he’s sending instructions to Homan and Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem that, if any law enforcement is attacked like this “stop their car, and arrest these SLIMEBALLS, using whatever means is necessary to do so."
