The shockwaves continue after radical socialist Zohran Mamdani's win in New York City's Democrat primary for mayor. And specifically, what does this mean for the Democrats nationally?
"It's a huge problem for the Democrats nationally" said David Marcus, Fox News Digital columnist, "I mean, what did John Fetterman call it, he said it was Christmas in July for the GOP."
It's definitely a gift that is going to keep on giving, for many years to come.
"This guy (Mamdani) is 33-years old, he's going to be at least one of the faces of the Democrat party for decades" Marcus told KTRH, "And there's other Democrats like John Fetterman, and people in the middle of the country are like, wait a minute, this is going to destroy our party. So yes, they have a little bit of a problem here."
A problem that is only going to grow bigger, with no push back from other Dems.
"They're going to be able to take that right to the doorstep of Chuck Schumer, and right to the doorstep of Hakeem Jeffries, and say is this what your party represents?"
The fact that the Democrats are praising and supporting Mamdani, the answer would be yes, they do.
