The Trump Administration Has Quietly Racked Up Court Wins Against Lawfare

It's hasn't even been six months for the Trump administration, but the left is still using lawfare more than ever.

"There's been over 200 lawsuits filed, and there have been something like 45 nationwide injunctions issued" said Hans von Spakovsky, senior legal fellow at the Heritage Foundation, "But many of those, at least a dozen of those have made it up to the Supreme Court."

And because of that, and even with all of the left's lawfare, Trump is very quietly picking up wins.

"Most people think that these nationwide injunctions that have been issued, have basically stopped everything that the Trump administration is trying to do. That's not the case" Spakovsky told KTRH, "The Supreme Court has issued emergency stays on significant cases which are wins for the Trump administration."

The same U.S. Supreme Court that is set to rule on two huge cases before the end of the month. A final decision on all of these lower-court injunctions, and birthright citizenship.
