With the Democrat Party's approval rating at an all-time low, it's no wonder that many on the left are backing off of their support of illegal alien criminals.
But not AOC, who has been doubling down on her calls to abolish ICE.
"And one of the most simple things that we can do, is just not comply" AOC said recently on social media.
It's yet another bad decision, as the Dems deal with their widening divide.
"The party's divided" said political commentator Silvio Canto Jr., "And she's trying to energize her wing of the party, which is the more left wing. It's actually a sign of weakness."
And yet, AOC is considered by many on the left to be the Dems favorite to run for president in 2028.
"She's out for herself" noted Canto Jr., "I think she senses that Bernie Sanders is getting old, but she's taking positions that are very unpopular with the general public, and maybe looking at being a candidate in 2028."
It's worth pointing out that 87% of voters approve of deporting illegal alien criminals.
