After years of hardcore liberal bias, :60 Minutes on CBS has recently been airing stories that are actually fair to conservatives.
So much so, that the longtime produce of :60 Minutes quit, and then earlier this week the head of CBS News did the same.
"It's been fascinating to watch the train wreck at CBS" said Jeff McCall, professor of media studies at DePauw University, "At a certain point, the executives at CBS are reading the mood of the electorate and have figured out that to be relevant in today's world, people expect some fairness in journalism."
Fairness has been missing from CBS for a long, long time. But even though there has been a few fair stories, don't expect CBS to go 'MAGA' anytime soon.
"I don't think CBS needs to move MAGA" McCall told KTRH, "But I think they can try to find a lane of professional journalism, and I think they've moved away from that over the years. I think the people at the very top of the totem pole have figured out that that's probably not good for the long term future of the organization."
In the meantime, CBS is also under fire from radical celebrities who are upset that the network is on the verge of settling the billion dollar lawsuit brought on by president Trump, after :60 Minutes was caught doctoring an answer for Kamala Harris, in an attempt to help her win the election.
