According to a new report, not only is Christianity making a comeback here in the U.S. It is young people who are leading the way. Specifically, Gen Z.
"I think we're witnessing something that few people expected" said Ray Clark, young adults pastor at Grace Church Houston, "A lot of people thought that Gen Z was going to be a rebellious generation, but they're beginning to lead a revival nationwide."
A revival that he says is also happening here in Houston.
"Absolutely, definitely seeing it here in Houston. I can attest to that" Clark told KTRH. And one of the big reasons why? God is apparently a big hit on social media.
"If God does something in somebody's life, within a couple of hours it goes viral" noted Clark. "Being the Gen Z young adult pastor, just in the last year to year and a half, we've seen a tremendous growth."
A rise both in numbers and spirituality, across the country.
