In a major victory of the Trump Administration, the United States Supreme Court has ruled that the Trump Administration can enforce the Pentagon's transgender military service ban.

This reverses a lower court order that paused the administrations ban.

U.S. District Judge Benjamin Settle had issued an injunction blocking the administration from enforcing the ban back in march.

The ban is still facing a number of lawsuits in lower courts, but SCOTUS says pending those lawsuits, the ban can take effect.
