In Trump’s first 100 days, he managed to secure the southern border, begin mass deportations, and attract billions of dollars in investments to the United States. So what is Trump planning for the next 100 days of his administration?

Despite everything he’s done already, he still has a lot left on his to-do list, and he has less than four years to get it done. Newsmax contributor and former Reagan White House employee Jeffrey Lord says his biggest priority now will likely be the economy.

According to Lord, "Dealing with the 21st-century economy, which needs tax cuts and smaller government in order to work, it’s things like that that I think he will be working on."

Lord went on to say that the most important part of Trump’s economic plan, and as a result, the part that he’s likely to spend the most time on, is tariffs. He thinks that will be the most consequential aspect of Trump’s administration because, "It’s not just ‘America and tariffs.’ It’s the world, it’s the globe. It’s how every other country and regional area uses tariffs."

He also expects Trump to move quickly over the next few months, simply because, like any other president, he doesn’t have any time to spare. He said, "By the time they get to the end of their term, particularly in this case, their second term, it’s very difficult for them to accomplish anything. So that hourglass is running."
