Reading Scores Plummet In Rich Blue States, On The Rise In Poor Red Ones

The National Center for Education Statistics (NCES) has released their results for 2024, and it's another bad look for Democrats.

While reading scores have plummeted in rich blue states like California, they have risen in poorer red states like Louisiana, and Mississippi.

"It's really the unions, and the progressive interest groups standing in the way, as well as the Democrats standing in the way to prevent California kids" said education expert Helen Raleigh, a senior contributor at The Federalist.

The real highlight of the data is the Mississippi 4th graders, who had the #1 reading scores in the nation for 2024.

"It's called the Mississippi miracle, but it's really not a miracle but really just going back to fundamentals, and following the science" Raleigh told KTRH.

It's also the simple fix of making kids the priority, and not the teachers union.
