Wisconsin Circuit Court Judge Hannah Dugan, who helped an illegal alien escape immigration arrest in her courtroom, has been suspended from her duties.
The Wisconsin Supreme Court issued the ruling this evening, and said it is in effect 'until further ruling.' That outs her on administrative leave while the court proceedings continue.
Judge Dugan faces two federal charges on obstruction and concealing an individual to prevent an arrest. Dugan aided Eduardo Flores-Ruiz in escaping her courtroom last week.
Dugan is expected back in federal court on May 15th to face the charges.
