The Suspect Is Arrested In Pasadena H.S. Shooting That Injured 2 Students

According to newly released court documents, a suspected gunman from a shooting on Feb. 28 near Pasadena High School that injured 2 students has been taken into custody.

The docs say that Damian Alexander Saiz, 19, who was not a student at the school, was charged with two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

The after school shooting went down across the street from the school, in what was a scheduled fight, but then escalated into gunfire.

According to the court documents, the 16-year-old boy who was shot in the chest was airlifted to the hospital and found to have a collapsed lung and a broken rib. The second victim’s age was not provided, but he received stitches for the gunshot wound on his arm.
