State Senator Proposes Bill To Ban Birth Certificate Sex Changes In Texas

As President Trump continues his crackdown on ending the gender ideology insanity, normalcy is finally beginning to return. He declared in a recent speech there are only two genders, sparking an end to all the insanity. Gone are the days of identifying as a female even though you are clearly male. Gone are days of legally identifying as a cat, tennis racket, potato, or any other incomprehensible thing that has been coddled and supported the last few years.

Texas is now following in President Trump's footsteps in declaring two genders. Senate Bill 406 has been introduced by State Senator Mayes Middleton. In short, the bill would prohibit changing sex on birth certificates. It would also firmly establish that the state identifies two genders: male and female.

Sen. Middleton says this bill is basic common sense.

"Your God given sex is your God given sex...you are either XX or XY," he says. "It is also important to do to ensure that laws like the Save Women and Girls in Sports Act are upheld."

This would close the ridiculous loopholes that people have been abusing for the last few years.

"Where men could unfairly compete against women in college sports, or boys could compete against girls in public school sports...we also need to do it to ensure we have privacy for women in private spaces," says Sen. Middleton.

It would go a long way in keeping the integrity of women's sports and women in general. Ironically, or weirdly enough, anyone opposed to this bill is likely to be a Democrat, who constantly stomp their feet about women's rights. The entire thing is an ideology based in complete delusion.

But it is not just people abusing the loopholes in the system. They accomplished doing so because of judges who used their power to circumvent law, and some would say common sense, and reinforce this behavior. This bill brings that to a stop.

"Judges were unlawfully changing the sex on people's birth certificates, and they have no authority to do so," says Sen. Middleton.

This also helps the state get in line with the Trump Administration, which they have already started. Governor Greg Abbott issued a directive last month ordering state agency heads to “ensure that agency rules, internal policies, employment practices, and other actions comply with the law.”

Sen. Middleton adds that there is great support for the bill in Austin. It is currently in committee awaiting a vote to advance it further.
