Judge Extends Restraining Order To Ban Trump Buyout Offer For Fed. Workers

The Democrats may not win elections, or the popular vote, but they still have lawfare to maintain their power.

Another federal judge has extended the temporary restraining order halting the Trump administration's buyout offer to federal workers.

President Trump made the 'Fork in the Road' offer two weeks ago to more than 2 million federal civilian employees. They were given the choice to stay after Trump said they had to return to the office, or leave and take a nice buyout.

The leftist judge George O’Toole says he's taken the matter under advisement, but would not give a timeline on when he would make a decision.
