Matthew Perry has Nightmares about 'Friends" Reboot

Full House, 24, Arrested Development, Home Improvement, Will and Grace, and even American Idol. Where is our Friends reboot?


Although the answer has been made clear over the years, it doesn't stop the press from repeating the question and shattering the hearts of fans. Matthew Perry, who once played the character Chandler Bing in the popular 90's sitcom was asked this very question in an interview with Variety.  

I have this recurring nightmare – I’m not kidding about this. When I’m asleep, I have this nightmare that we do “Friends” again and nobody cares. We do a whole series, we come back, and nobody cares about it. So if anybody asks me, I’m gonna say no. The thing is: We ended on such a high. We can’t beat it. Why would we go and do it again?

Although disappointing, it should come as no surprise. Lisa Kudrow, Jennifer Aniston, and writers Marta Kauffman and David Crane have also spoken out against a Friends revival.
