2 Judges Rule Trump Administration Must Continue To Fund SNAP Payments

BREAKING NEWS: 2 separate federal judges have ruled that the Trump administration must continue to fund SNAP payments.

A Massachusetts-based judge, along with another from Rhode Island is calling for the use of 'contingency' funds during the Democrat led government shutdown.

The program serves about 1 in 8 Americans, at a cost of $8 billion a month nationally.

Saturday could mark the first lapse in federal SNAP funding for 60 years. The rulings are expected to face appeals.
